How amateur fighters are stepping into any ring confident and still boxing like themselves after the first real shot

Using the 3 Step Wiring Method No extra sparring No extra hours in the gym

Watch the video below to see why it happens and exactly how to rewire it.

When the video makes sense, book a call with Kevin

Fifteen minutes. He looks at where your boxing is now, tells you which part of the wiring is broken and whether the programme is the right fit. No pressure to join.

What the training covers

The 3 Step Wiring Method

01 / BASE

Why the bag lies to you

Clean on pads, frozen in sparring. The gap is not skill. It is that your feet are still asking permission before every shot.

02 / WIRE

How movement becomes automatic

You cannot think your way through a live exchange. The training shows you how a pattern goes from something you rehearse to something you own.

03 / PRESSURE

Holding your shape when it gets real

Getting hit is information, not a verdict. This is how you keep boxing like yourself once the first shot lands.

Who this is for

You already train. It just does not transfer.

This is for the boxer who looks sharp in every drill and then loses it the moment there is a live opponent in front of them.

  • You freeze or turn stiff in sparring even though you know what to do
  • Your feet stop moving the second you start thinking about the shot
  • You take a clean punch and the rest of the round falls apart
  • You have been told to relax more times than you can count and nobody has told you how
  • You want to box like yourself, not like a copy of whoever coached you

Who is teaching this

Kevin Truong

Occupational therapist before he was a coach, which is why the work starts with health, safety and defence and never with how hard you can hit. Footwork first, always. He calls himself an educator rather than a teacher because the point is that you understand your own boxing well enough to keep improving without him.

Straight answers

How long is the call?

Fifteen minutes. Kevin asks what your boxing looks like right now, where it breaks down and what you are training for. If the programme is not right for you he will say so on the call.

Do I need to be at a certain level?

No. Complete beginners and boxers with fight experience both run into the same wiring problem. What matters is that you are training regularly enough to apply the work.

I do not have a gym or a sparring partner. Does this still work?

Yes. The base and wiring work is done alone, in a small space, with no equipment. Sparring is where you test it, not where you build it.

What happens after the call?

If it is a fit, Kevin explains the programme, what is inside it and what the six months look like. Nothing is decided on the call itself.
